I-Froce Ironless Linear Motors
The I-Force linear motor is fast acceleration, with a maximum speed of 200 N to 3928 N.
The I-Beam Structural coil provides a high load density and thermal efficiency, with a wide range of 21mm and a maximum of 50.8 mm wide design, with no magnetic pull.

Parka I-Force Ironless linear motors are compact and provide fast acceleration and high thrust. The rated thrust and the maximum thrust range of the I-Force Ironless linear motor are as shown in [Table-1] below

In this way, I-Force series ironless linear motors are composed of the best combinations considering performance and size.

The I-Force series consists of a unique patented I-beam coil structure. The I-beam type coil is composed of overlapping windings, which has higher output and stiffness structure, It is possible to implement heat dissipation function.
In addition, the design of the ironless (or air core) linear motor is a structure that does not generate attraction in the direction of magnetic force. This is not only easy to install but also does not cause any cogging during operation.
I-force motors have movable cables. In addition, Parker's magnet tracks are designed to be used in such a way that they can be used without limitations on travel distance.
In other words, I-force linear motors have smooth motion, high precision, and high thrust, and can provide results satisfying the control

I-Force patented I-Beam structure: Ironless motors consist of two rows of magnet rails and a forcer that drives them. The Forcer does not contain iron core parts in the coil and is called Ironless. Since the coils made of copper windings are molded and positioned with air gaps between the two rows of magnets, the ironless motors have no attraction force and no cogging occurs between the magnet track and the winding section (Forcer). The ironless winding part (Forcer) is manufactured in light form compared to Ironcore products, and can perform rapid acceleration or dynamic performance. In addition, ironless motors do not cause caulking phenomenon and can not extend the life of the external bearing due to no attraction force. In some applications, smaller bearings
